Next Parent Discussion Group: September 21 2008 at 7.30pm (please call to register your interest to attend).
We offer parent discussion groups to allow parents to talk about anything on their mind with others who know or who have experienced what they’re going through with their child. Our group meetings are facilitated by a social worker and a psychologist.
Sensational Kids works through advocacy, collaboration and direct services to ensure that parents have the resources and the support they need to be successfully informed and prepared to understand their child’s unique needs.
Sensational Kids also runs Parent Information evenings from time to time that educates parents about various therapy matters; including - sensory integration, occupational therapy, child regulation, speech and language development behavioural management and others.
